Client Background
The client is a Sydney-based warehousing and logistics service provider with nearly two decades of experience, covering retail distribution, e-commerce warehousing, and the food cold chain. As the Australian government pushes for emissions reduction targets, businesses are increasingly shifting toward electric equipment; consequently, the client decided to gradually replace their aging internal combustion forklifts with electric models.

Challenges Faced by the Client
High Operating Costs: Fuel prices fluctuate significantly, while the older equipment suffers from high fuel consumption, rising maintenance costs, and increasing downtime.
Environmental Compliance Pressure: Australia is implementing a mandatory sustainability reporting system starting in 2025, requiring companies to disclose carbon emission data.
Specialized Operating Environment: Given the cold chain warehousing operations, exhaust fumes and noise from internal combustion forklifts were negatively impacting the work environment and compromising food safety compliance.
Factory Visit and Test Drive—Building Trust
In April of this year, the client visited our manufacturing base in Jining, Shandong. We arranged a comprehensive tour:
Production Line Tour: The client observed every stage of production—from raw material processing to final assembly—with a particular focus on the lithium battery assembly process and factory testing procedures. The client remarked, "Seeing the standardized production line and rigorous quality control gave us great peace of mind; this is exactly the kind of manufacturer we want for a long-term partnership."
On-site Test Drive: The client personally operated a 2.5-ton lithium-electric forklift, performing tasks such as material handling, stacking, and maneuvering. After the test drive, they commented, "The controls are intuitive, and the lifting is smooth. Crucially, the zero-emission and low-noise operation makes it perfect for our cold storage environment. To be honest, I had some reservations before coming here, but after the test drive, I am completely reassured."

Closing the Deal and Building Trust
Following the test drive, the client expressed full confidence in us. After a month of commercial negotiations and technical confirmations, a contract was signed in early summer. The client placed an initial order for two 2.5-ton lithium-electric forklifts, stating, "If these two perform well, we plan to switch our entire fleet to your equipment."
Production of the two units is now complete, and arrangements are being made for sea freight shipment to Sydney. Client Testimonial
“We made a special trip to China to see and test everything firsthand. The results exceeded our expectations; the production process inspired confidence, and the test drive experience was satisfying. We are very confident in this partnership and look forward to a long-term collaboration.”
