Polish Client Signs Order For Six 2Ton Electric Forklifts Following An On-Site Visit

A Polish client visited our company in the spring; after touring the production line and test-driving our 2-ton electric forklift, they placed an on-the-spot order for six lithium-powered units—marking another milestone in our expansion into the Eastern European market.

I. Online Communication and Needs Assessment

The Polish client submitted an inquiry via our official website regarding an electric forklift for indoor warehouse material handling. Our overseas sales team responded promptly, identifying the client's specific requirements: lithium-ion power (zero emissions, maintenance-free), a 2-ton rated load capacity, and ease of operation combined with operator comfort.

Our team provided detailed technical specifications and certification documentation. Our electric forklifts hold CE certification, ensuring compliance with European market entry requirements.

II. Site Visit and Test Drive

Upon the client's arrival in Jining, Shandong, our senior management personally welcomed them and accompanied them on a tour of the electric forklift production facility. The client witnessed the entire manufacturing process of the 2-ton electric forklift, from welding and painting to final assembly and testing.

A test drive followed the tour; the client was highly impressed with the vehicle's responsive handling, smooth lifting performance, and the power delivery of the lithium-ion system.

III. Contract Signing for Six Units

Following the visit, the client signed a purchase contract on-site for six 2-ton lithium-powered electric forklifts. The client cited several key reasons for choosing us: CE certification meeting European entry standards, lithium-ion technology aligning with eco-friendly warehousing needs, excellent cost-performance ratio, and guaranteed delivery schedules.

IV. Shipment and Delivery

Production and pre-delivery inspections for the six forklifts have been completed. They are now ready for shipment to Poland, where they will serve a local warehousing and logistics center.

Conclusion

From initial online communication and the on-site visit to the final contract signing, we earned the Polish client's trust through professional, efficient service and superior product quality.
